BUSINESS EXPERIENCE:
Rob Bowman is an experienced financial analyst with extensive
mergers and acquisition experience. He has managed M&A projects
ranging in value from $250,000 to over $3 billion while working for
Arthur Andersen as a transaction consultant and as a financial
analyst working on the executive management team of a consolidator.
As an entrepreneur, he owned and operated a successful real estate
appraisal business in Houston, Texas. Being responsible for all
aspects of a small business gave him first-hand knowledge of the
"ups and downs" of being a small business owner.
